Renee is absolutely the best and we highly recommend her to anyone. We were on the West Coast planning to move out here to Florida. She immediately understood the type of home we were looking for and provided us several excellent choices. Once we selected the one to bid on, she gave us great counsel on how to proceed, handled all the communication and kept us fully abreast of the process and timeline. She is like having a personal concierge watching out for everything we needed. I can't emphasize enough what a great communicator she is, that she's detail-oriented and has a great sense of humor to boot. Total professional. We would give her 10 stars if we could.

Renee helped me figure out what kind of home I wanted and where. I really wasn't sure when we started the process. She is clearly experienced and well-versed about the area. She encouraged me to see as many homes as it took to figure out my needs and wants. In the end we came full circle back to the same home she first picked out for me to see. Renee was positive through the entire process and she was always responsive and ready to help. Her negotiation skills were incredible! She also saved me in a situation where a bank was taking advantage of my home-buying ignorance (talking thousands of dollars).
